公安部物证鉴定中心在近两年先后完成了现场勘查强光灯的改型工作,多功能静电吸附器、金属镀膜塑料布、足迹提取胶带和灰尘固定剂的研制工作。这些新产品的研制成功再加上原有的静电板形成了一整套发现、提取和保护现场平面灰尘足迹的系列新方法。利用这套方法能够较好地处理各种平面灰尘足迹,提高现场平面灰尘足迹发现、提取和保护的技术水平。下面就这套新方法及相应的新器材进行较为详尽的介绍。
In recent two years, the Physical Evidence Identification Center of the Ministry of Public Security has successively completed the work of retrofitting glare lamps on site, multi-functional electrostatic adsorbers, metal coated plastic sheeting, footprint extraction tapes and dust fixatives. The successful development of these new products, together with the existing static electricity panels, forms a whole new set of new methods for detecting, extracting and protecting the in-situ dust footprint of the site. This method can be used to better deal with a variety of flat dust footprint, improve on-site flat dust footprint to find, extract and protect the technical level. Below this new method and the corresponding new equipment for a more detailed introduction.
