近三年来(1996年～1999年),我院收治了28例再发脑卒中患者,分别对其血糖、胰岛素水平进行了观察,结果发现,该类患者较同年龄组人群有较高的高血糖,高胰岛素抵抗的表现。现介绍如下: 资料与方法 一、临床资料:本研究对象为我院3年来收治的28例再发脑卒中患者,诊断均符合第二届全国脑血管病会议之修定标准,并经CT证实,其中男18例,女10例,年龄52岁～78岁,平均年龄67.2
