热胁迫会对小麦(T.aestivum)植株造成严重伤害。目前根据细胞膜耐热性评价小麦耐热性的方法不能有效地用于筛选大量基因型。本研究对两种改良方法与原有方法在检测小麦基因型热伤害方面的效果进行了比较。用变量误差法分析了热伤害百分率。将原有方法的测定值回归到两种新方法的测定值上。第一种改良的新方法比原方法的有效率提高了25%,两者的准确性相近。在第二个新方法中,个体间的斜率偏差为3%,截距为-3.21,但所检测基因型的类别不变,因此,要筛选比一个对照品种具更强耐热性的基因型,应该推荐第二种方法,因为它比原方法有效率高50%,同时因为在测定过程中基因型分类为耐热型或敏感型并不依稳定性差异而发生变化。
Heat stress can cause serious damage to T. aestivum plants. At present, the method of evaluating the heat resistance of wheat based on the heat resistance of the cell membrane can not be effectively used for screening a large number of genotypes. In this study, the effects of the two improved methods and the original methods on detecting thermal injury of wheat genotypes were compared. The variable damage method was used to analyze the percentage of thermal damage. The original method of measuring the value returned to the two new method of determination. The first improved method is 25% more efficient than the original method, and their accuracy is similar.
