【热点综述】2013年8月11日,国务院发布了《关于加快发展节能环保产业的意见》(以下简称《意见》)。《意见》指出:资源环境制约是当前我国经济社会发展面临的突出矛盾。解决节能环保问题,是扩内需、稳增长、调结构,打造中国经济升级版的一项重要而紧迫的任务。加快发展节能环保产业,对拉动投资和消费,形成新的经济增长点,推动产业升级和发展方式转变,促进节能减排和民生改善,实现经济可持续发展和确保2020年全面建成小康
Hot Summary On August 11, 2013, the State Council issued the Opinions on Accelerating the Development of Energy-saving and Environmental Protection Industry (hereinafter referred to as “Opinions”). The Opinion states: Restrictions on resources and the environment are the prominent contradictions facing China’s economic and social development. To solve the problem of energy-saving and environmental protection is an important and urgent task of expanding domestic demand, stabilizing growth, adjusting structure and building an upgraded version of China’s economy.
