随着社会对人才综合素质要求的不断提高,各高职院校也逐渐重视起了思政教育工作的开展。但是由于社会等各方面因素的影响,对于专业课教师来讲,思政教育工作的开展还存在一定难度,所以各高职院校应该结合教学情况和教师的专业水平,建立一套比较完整的思政教育运行机制,从而不断提高专业课教师思政教育水平。
