本文以冶金工程技术公司在激烈的市场竞争中要实现战略转型为背景,开展以事业部部长领导下的项目经理负责制的创新探索,包括从项目经理任命及项目团队的组建、以项目为导向的事业部体制及强矩阵式的组织结构、以工时管理信息系统为基础的工程项目考评体系等内容。同时,也探索了以目标管理为导向三个维度的过程控制体系,以及以信息化为手段的项目管理平台的构建问题。
