强心灵(黄夹甙)是从夹竹桃科植物黄花夹竹桃(Thevetia peruviana Morr.)果仁中得到的强心甙混合物。新版药典1975年初稿曾规定含量测定为光电比色法,但中国药典1977年版未收载强心灵。本文报告与鸽法进行对比测定的结果。
Strong heart (Huang Huang glycosides) is from the Apocynaceae plant Singel oleander (Thevetia peruviana Morr.) Nuts obtained from the mixture of cardiac glycosides. The new version of Pharmacopoeia in 1975 first draft has been determined for the photoelectric colorimetry, but the Chinese Pharmacopoeia 1977 edition did not contain the strong heart. This article reports the results of a comparison with the pigeon method.
