目的了解天津市疾病预防控制机构消毒专业技术人员人力配置现状,为消毒队伍建设提供参考。方法采取普查的方法,对天津市市区两级疾病预防控制机构的消毒专业人员配备情况进行了调查,作出描述性分析。结果天津市区两级19个疾病预防控制机构共配置消毒专业技术人员50名,占疾控人员总人数的3.55%。消毒专业人员平均年龄为41.08岁,35岁以下者占32%。全市50名消毒专业技术人员中,具有本科学历者占50%,初级技术职称人员占50%;区县级疾控中心消毒专业技术人员中没有硕士以上学历者,且没有正高级技术职称人员。结论天津市疾病预防控制机构中消毒专业技术人员偏少,学历偏低,人力综合素质低于其他技术行业。
Objective To understand the current situation of manpower disposition of sterilized professional technicians in disease prevention and control institutions in Tianjin and provide reference for the construction of disinfection teams. Methods The method of census was used to survey the distribution of disinfection professionals in the disease prevention and control institutions at two levels in urban area of Tianjin. The descriptive analysis was made. Results Twenty-nine disease prevention and control institutions at two levels in Tianjin municipally allocated 50 sterilization technicians, accounting for 3.55% of the total number of disease control personnel. The average age of disinfection professionals is 41.08 years old, 32% of those under 35 years old. The city’s 50 disinfection professional and technical personnel, with 50% undergraduate education, junior technical titles accounted for 50%; district CDC disinfection professional and technical personnel without master’s degree or above, and there is no senior technical titles. Conclusion The disease prevention and control institutions in Tianjin in the disinfection professional and technical personnel less than normal, low educational qualifications, human comprehensive quality is lower than other technology industries.
