我国内陆地区的山区,由于特殊的地理位置,气候形成了风多、风力大、降雨量大、多雾、冰冻时间长和昼夜温差大等特点。这些特点给山区建筑屋面防水工程带来一定困难。例如黄山玉屏楼1955年建成,屋面25毫米厚防水砂浆防水层,三年后发生渗漏;黄山气象站办公楼1955年建成,屋面25毫米厚防水砂浆防水层,三年后发生大面积渗漏;黄山电台1970年建成,采用二毡三油防水层,时隔四年也发生大面积渗漏现象。分析以上情况,造成屋面防水层破坏而产生渗漏的原因是:
