目的:了解通州区副溶血弧菌的分型、毒力基因特点及其耐药性状况。方法:对2009年-2011年103株副溶血弧菌进行脉冲场凝胶电泳(PFGE)分型,并应用PCR方法扩增不耐热直接溶血素(TLH)、耐热直接溶血毒素(TDH)、耐热直接溶血毒素相关溶血素(TRH)。同时采用微量肉汤稀释法,测定了60株菌株对抗生素的最小抑菌浓度。结果:103株副溶血弧菌进行PFGE电泳后共得到39种带型编码。103株菌均含有TLH基因。菌株对阿莫西林、氨苄西林、盘尼西林和多粘菌素4种抗生素的敏感性较低。结论:所有菌株均含有TLH基因。通州区副溶血性弧菌的耐药不严重。菌株耐药与PFGE型别无必然联系。
Objective: To understand the genotyping and virulence of Vibrio parahaemolyticus in Tongzhou District and its drug resistance status. Methods: 103 strains of Vibrio parahaemolyticus were genotyped by pulsed-field gel electrophoresis (PFGE) from 2009 to 2011. The PCR products were used to amplify thermophilic direct hemolysin (TLH), heat-resistant direct hemolytic toxin (TDH) , Heat-resistant direct hemolytic toxin-related hemolysin (TRH). At the same time, the minimum inhibitory concentrations (MICs) of 60 strains against antibiotics were determined by using the broth microdilution method. Results: A total of 39 bands encoding 103 strains of Vibrio parahaemolyticus were obtained after PFGE electrophoresis. 103 strains contain TLH gene. The strains of amoxicillin, ampicillin, penicillin and polymyxin four antibiotics less sensitive. Conclusion: All strains contain TLH gene. Tongzhou District Vibrio parahaemolyticus resistance is not serious. There is no necessary relationship between bacterial resistance and PFGE type.
