党的十一届三中全会以后,社会各界利用档案由原来为“阶级斗争”服务,转向为社会主义物质文明和精神文明建设提供利用的发展轨道。这种新的发展趋势,客观上要求档案馆要有较为丰富的馆藏,才能满足广大利用者的迫切要求。因此,如何开发档案资源,已是摆在我们面前的一个新的课题。近几年来,我们围绕这个课题,作了一些探索,有以下几点肤浅的体会。
After the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee of the Party, the use of archives by all walks of life turned from a service originally intended for “class struggle” to a development track for the utilization of materialism and spiritual civilization by the masses. This new development trend objectively requires archives to have a rich collection in order to meet the urgent needs of the vast number of users. Therefore, how to develop archives resources is already a new topic before us. In recent years, we have made some explorations around this issue and have the following superficial experiences.
