事件回放2014年4月,中国当代著名作家、编剧琼瑶给国家新闻出版广电总局的一封公开信在娱乐圈引起轩然大波,也成为著作权界的热门话题。琼瑶向国家新闻出版广电总局投诉于正(编剧兼制片人)的新剧《宫锁连城》(别名《宫3》)抄袭了《梅花烙》(以下简称《梅》剧),要求立即禁播该剧,并列举《宫3》在人物主线、主要人物背景、主要人物关系的发展、支线关系和主要情节———主角的感情线等方面存在抄袭,还列举众多网友对《宫3》抄袭《梅花烙》的评论;而于正的回复是“这只是一次巧合和误伤”。
