为促进中美两国政府在中小企业和创业投资领域的合作,推进中国《中小企业促进法》相关配套法规与规章的制定与出台,完善中国创业投资法律与政策扶持体系。中国国家发展和改革委员会与美国商务部于6月23-24日在北京联合主办了“中美中小企业与创业投资论坛”。来自国家发展和改革委员会、国家科技部、国家财政部、中国银监会、中国证监会、国家开发银行、国家开发投资公司、经济界知名专家学者、企业界人士就如何为中小企业和创业投资营造良好的发展环境进行了探讨、交流。这对促进我国中小企业和创业投资的发展必将产生深远的影响。
