近年乳腺癌发病率不断上升,已逐渐成为人们关注的焦点之一。HR与乳腺癌的关系密切。Her-2/neu原癌基因的过度表达,导致在细胞膜表面过度表达Her-2/neu受体而容易促进细胞增殖。一般认为,Her-2/neu的表达与肿瘤体积、淋巴结转移、临床分期、组织学分级和核分裂相记数呈正相关,表明Her-2/neu表达与肿瘤生长、分化和转移密切相关。本研究旨在探讨HR状态与Her-2/neu的关系。
In recent years, the rising incidence of breast cancer has gradually become one of the focuses of people’s attention. HR and breast cancer are closely related. Overexpression of Her-2 / neu proto-oncogene results in overexpression of Her-2 / neu receptors on cell membrane surface and facilitation of cell proliferation. It is generally believed that the expression of Her-2 / neu is positively correlated with tumor volume, lymph node metastasis, clinical stage, histological grade and mitotic phase count, indicating that Her-2 / neu expression is closely related to tumor growth, differentiation and metastasis. This study aimed to investigate the relationship between HR status and Her-2 / neu.
