目的临床验证奥硝唑栓与普罗雌烯乳膏合用治疗老年性阴道炎的效果。方法选择单纯性老年性阴道炎患者48例为实验组,对照组54例,对实验组患者每日阴道涂抹普罗雌烯乳膏一次,塞入奥硝唑栓1枚,连续应用10d后,停用奥硝唑栓,继续应用更宝芬乳膏10d;对照组患者每日阴道塞入奥硝唑栓1枚,连续应用10d。结果奥硝唑联合更宝芬对单纯性老年性阴道炎一次治愈率90%,而单独应用奥硝唑栓的一次性治愈率仅为30%。结论奥硝唑栓联用更宝芬乳膏是治疗老年性阴道炎的有效措施。
Objective To verify the efficacy of ornidazole suppository combined with estrogen cream in the treatment of senile vaginitis.
