对线性系统隔振器的动态与静态特性进行设计计算,已为人熟知。但对具有非线性刚度特征之系统,利用传统的方法则难以解决。本文通过对具有非线性刚度特征的钢丝网垫隔振器实验静态曲线作回归分析和动态响应分析。表明可运用一种简单而可行的方法,解决该类型隔振器的设计问题,以满足既定的动态响应特征要求。为从事非线性系统隔振设计提供了一种有效的手段。文中同时就静平衡位置对非线性隔振系统动态响应的影响进行了理论探讨。
It is well known to design and calculate the dynamic and static characteristics of linear system vibration isolators. But for the system with nonlinear stiffness characteristics, the traditional method is difficult to solve. In this paper, through the regression analysis and dynamic response analysis of the experimental static curve of steel mesh vibration isolator with nonlinear stiffness characteristics. It shows that a simple and feasible method can be used to solve the design problem of this type of isolator to meet the established dynamic response characteristics. In order to engage in nonlinear system isolation design provides an effective means. In the meantime, the influence of static equilibrium position on the dynamic response of nonlinear vibration isolation system is discussed in the paper.
