湖南省政府披露,《湖南省国家赔偿费用管理办法》经省政府常务会议通过,将于12月1日起施行。《办法》中包括申请程序和材料不齐需3个工作日内一次性告知、严格财政支付禁止“私了”等细则。据悉,湖南省即将实施的相关规定所涉国家赔偿范围为:国家机关和国家机关工作人员行使职权,有本法规定的侵犯公民、法人和其他组织合法
Hunan Provincial Government disclosed that the “Measures for the Administration of State Compensation in Hunan Province” was approved by the provincial government executive meeting and will come into force on December 1. “Measures” include application procedures and materials missing within three working days to be one-time notice, strict financial prohibition “private ” and other rules.
