分析了寒冷地区的低温环境对天然气压力球罐性能的影响。结果表明,球罐在低温工况下,其材料将由延性状态向脆性状态转变,若工作压力超过特定值,将会产生低温脆性破坏。设计温度和压力的正确选择将对压力容器的造价和安全运行产生积极影响。以2000m~3天然气压力球罐为例,对如何选择球罐的设计温度和低温低应力工况的控制方法进行了介绍。
The influence of low temperature environment in cold area on the performance of natural gas pressure tank was analyzed. The results show that under the condition of low temperature, the material of the tank will change from the ductile state to the brittle state. If the working pressure exceeds a certain value, brittle failure will occur at low temperature. The correct choice of design temperature and pressure will have a positive impact on the cost of the pressure vessel and its safe operation. Taking the 2000m ~ 3 natural gas pressure tank as an example, the control methods of how to choose the design temperature of the tank and the low temperature and low stress condition are introduced.
