2003年1月21日至22至,淮河水利委员会2003年工作会议在蚌埠隆重召开。 会议传达贯彻了全国水利厅局长会议精神,淮委主任钱敏在会上作了《学习贯彻十六大精神 实现治水思路的转变 不断开创治淮工作新局面》的工作报告。报告总结了2002年治淮工作,分析了当前的治淮形势,明确指出了当前和今后一个时期治淮工作的主要任务,部署了2003年治淮重点工作。会议还对淮委文明单位、文明处室及文明职工进行表彰。
