面对教育国际化的新格局,高职院校留学生教育还处于起步阶段,留学生数量少,培训时间短,这给高职院校留学生教育与管理带来巨大的挑战。以贵阳职业技术学院老挝、柬埔寨留学生管理为基础,分析当前高职院校留学生管理的主要问题,力求探索适合高职院校留学生管理的有效对策。
In the face of the new pattern of internationalization of education, the education for international students in higher vocational colleges is still in its infancy. The small number of foreign students and the short training time bring great challenges to the education and management of international students in higher vocational colleges. Based on the management of foreign students in Laos and Cambodia in Guiyang Polytechnic, this paper analyzes the main problems of the management of international students in vocational colleges and tries to find out the effective countermeasures for the management of international students in higher vocational colleges.
