采集 5年生种源试验林共 1 3个厚朴种源 1 30个单株的树叶样品 ,用聚丙烯酰胺垂直板凝胶电泳法测定了POD、EST和GOT等 3种酶系同工酶。结果表明 :GOT同工酶各种源仅有 1条谱带 ,鄂西种源与其他种源呈等位基因分离关系 ;POD和EST同工酶各有 7条和 1 0条带。经 3种酶系谱带单独分析和综合 3种酶系的相似系数聚类分析 ,所划分的类群同叶形分化类型基本一致。图 4表 2参 9
Thirteen tree species from 1 year old provenances were collected from 5-year-old provenance forests, and the isozymes of POD, EST and GOT were determined by polyacrylamide vertical plate gel electrophoresis. The results showed that there was only one band of GOT isoenzymes, and that of other provenances in western Hubei Province was segregated with alleles. POD and EST isozymes had seven bands and ten bands respectively. After analyzing and synthesizing the similarity coefficient clustering analysis of three kinds of enzymes by the three kinds of enzyme genealogical bands, the divided groups are basically the same with the leaf type.
