在基层党报的办报实践中,在市场经济同样给新闻工作者的思想和行为带来深刻变化的背景下,报社管理工作比以往任何时候都要显得重要。管什么,如何管,怎样把管人与理事结合起来,需要确立适合本报实际的管理理念。我们绍兴县报确立的基本理念是“以人为本,事业育人,坚定清醒有作为”,并以以下“三原则”开展工作。
In the practice of running newspaper at the grassroots level, it is more important than ever before to manage the affairs of newspapers in the context of profound changes brought about by the market economy to the ideology and behavior of journalists. What to control, how to control, how to combine the manager and the director, we need to establish a suitable management concept for this newspaper. The basic idea we established in Shaoxing County Newspaper is “people-oriented, career-based education, strong and sober-mindedness” and work under the following “three principles.”
