近年来国内外学者对β_2 微球蛋白的生物学功能和临床意义作了详细的研究,引起人们广泛注意。本文对绝经后原发性高血压妇女112例进行血β_2 微球蛋白含量测定旨在评价其对早期肾功能损害的诊断意义。
