市九届四次全会对上海国资国企改革发展作了新的要求,市委市政府原则通过了《关于进一步推进上海国资国企改革发展的若干意见》,全会的新要求和《若干意见》的制定,标志着上海国资国企改革发展进入新的阶段。各级党组织要认真学习、深刻领会全会精神和《若干意见》,把党员、职工的思想统一到市委市政府的重大决策上来,统一思想,凝聚力量,全力推进新一轮国资国企改革发展。
The Fourth Plenary Session of the Ninth Central Committee of the Communist Party of China made new demands on the reform and development of state-owned and state-owned enterprises in Shanghai. The Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government approved in principle the “Several Opinions on Further Promoting the Reform and Development of State-owned Assets and Enterprises in Shanghai,” the new requirements of the plenum and the formulation of “Several Opinions, Marking the reform and development of state-owned assets and state-owned enterprises in Shanghai entering a new phase. Party organizations at all levels should conscientiously study and profoundly understand the spirit of the plenary session and ”several opinions," unify the thinking of party members and staff members with major decisions of the municipal party committee and city government, unify their thinking and unite their strength to push forward the reform and development of the new round of state-owned assets and state-owned enterprises.
