一、教学环节的分层1.动态管理可以根据学生的日常测试成绩,对学生做出全面的评价,之后将学生分为A:基础与接受能力好;B:基础与接受能力一般;C:基础与接受能力较差这三个层次。从C到A增加所布置的作业的难度,并且每组指派小组长,帮助老师对该小组进行动态管理,如,将B组中表现良好、成绩进步较大的学生调到A组,增强学生的自信性和积极性;将成绩退步、表现不佳的A组学生调到B组,作为警示;B组和C组以此类推。2.做好课前准备,优化作业设计
