鉴于中国教育领域的长期“重文轻武”现象,人们对体育的认识还有失偏颇,中学生的体质虽然连续下滑,但是体育运动并未得到足够的重视,尤其是在学校,偏重文化课学习、忽视身体锻炼的现象已经成为不争的事实,甚至有人认为体育锻炼会耽误文化课的学习。通过实证研究探讨体育锻炼与文化学习之间的关系,研究结果表明,科学的体育锻炼并不影响文化课的学习,学生体育锻炼的目的主要源于体育达标和体育知识学习。
In view of the long-term phenomenon of “heavy text and light weapons” in the field of education in China, there is still a misunderstanding of sports. Although the physique of middle school students has been declining continuously, sports have not been given enough attention, especially in schools. Learning, ignoring the phenomenon of physical exercise has become an indisputable fact that some people even think that physical exercise will delay the study of culture class. Through empirical research to explore the relationship between physical exercise and cultural learning, the results show that scientific physical exercise does not affect the learning of cultural classes, the purpose of students’ physical exercise mainly comes from sports compliance and sports knowledge learning.
