一、前言 D、FPeppard等人在1962年以P-507/甲苯为萃取剂,分别研究了p_m、C_m、Th和U的分配比同各种因素的影响,但用P-507分离重稀土工作没有做。上海跃龙厂和有机所以P-507/磺化煤油为萃取剂研究了Th、Yb、Lu的萃取分离。长春应用化学所研究了P-507对稀土的萃取机理。本文研究P-507/磺化煤油对D_y、H_o、E_r的萃取分离情况。本文采用接近于生产中应用的稀土浓度,以P-507/磺化煤油为萃取剂,分别测定了酸度、稀土浓度诸因素对萃取影响,为今后D_y、H_o、E_r生产提供最佳条件。
I. Preface D, FPeppard et al. Studied the effect of various factors on the distribution ratio of p_m, C_m, Th and U with P-507 / toluene as extractant in 1962. However, separation of heavy rare earth with P-507 did not do it. Shanghai Yuelong plant and organic so P-507 / sulfonated kerosene extractant for the Th, Yb, Lu extraction separation. Changchun Institute of Applied Chemistry studied the P-507 rare earth extraction mechanism. In this paper, P-507 / sulfonated kerosene D_y, H_o, E_r extraction separation. In this paper, we use the rare earth concentration close to the production, P-507 / sulfonated kerosene as extractant, respectively, the acidity, rare earth concentration factors on the extraction of the impact of the future D_y, H_o, E_r production to provide the best conditions.
