用水力模型研究了中间包内不同隔墙时的流股形态和粒子上浮,表明双隔墙(底部中孔隔墙前加矮墙)是有利于净化钢液的较好隔墙形式。双隔墙中间包的生产考核取得与水模试验一致的结果。与单隔墙中间包比较,连铸坯中氧化物夹杂可降低1级以上,轧后夹杂废品率减少1/3~1/2。
The hydraulic model was used to study the flow pattern and particle floating of different partitions in the tundish. It is shown that the double partition wall (the front of the bottom mesopore partition plus the lower one) is a good partition for the purification of molten steel. The production evaluation of double-wall tundish achieved the same result as that of water-mode test. Compared with single-wall tundish, the oxide inclusions in the slab can be reduced by more than one grade, and the rejection rate after rolling can be reduced by 1/3 to 1/2.
