近日,中共中央政治局常委、国务院总理李克强召开部分新登记企业负责人座谈会。实施简政放权特别是改革商事登记制度以来,全国新登记企业出现井喷式增长,今年上半年全国新登记企业168万户,同比增长57%。其中新登记私营企业158万户,从业人员达1009万人,同比增长43%。在上半年下行压力较大的情况下,之所以经济能够保持平稳运行,新增就业超过去年同期,简政放权及相关改革发挥了重要支撑作用。这类企业经营状况
