教学模式是在教学思想和教学理论指导下建立起来的教学过程,把比较抽象的理论化为具体操作性策略,教师可以根据教学的实际需要选择运用。小班化教育如果不能配以相应的教学模式改革,最多只能减轻教师的工作量,这种小班化教育是没有生命力的。为此,积极开展小班化教育模式的研究,抓本质,循规律,调结构,优策略,实施整体构建。逐步形成一个高效的教学模式。在这方面进行了一些尝试,取得了较好的效果。
