目的:阐明山楂叶活性成分牡荆素-4″-O-葡萄糖苷在大鼠体内药物特征。方法:采用反相高效液相色谱法进行测定,牡荆素-4″-O-葡萄糖苷多剂量及多途径给药后大鼠血浆中含量。结果:静脉给药牡荆素-4″-O-葡萄糖苷与口服相比,静脉给药牡荆素-4″-O-葡萄糖苷在大鼠血浆中药-时曲线的符合三室模型,口服给药牡荆素-4″-O-葡萄糖苷在大鼠血浆中药-时曲线的符合二室模型。在大鼠体内360 min内基本消除,符合非线性动力学过程行为。结论:实验首次建立了HPLC法研究山楂叶单体成分牡荆素-4″-O-葡萄糖苷在大鼠体内药代动力学。
