目的观察中西医结合治疗IgA肾病的临床疗效。方法将73例患者随机分成两组,对照组35例给予抗凝、降压和抗感染等常规对症治疗;观察组38例在此基础上,加用中成药金水宝胶囊和肾炎舒片。结果观察组24h尿白细胞、红细胞计数值改善及总有效率均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗IgA肾病无不良反应,能明显减少蛋白尿,疗效确切。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of IgA nephropathy. Methods 73 patients were randomly divided into two groups, the control group of 35 patients given anticoagulant, antihypertensive and anti-infective and other conventional symptomatic treatment; observation group of 38 patients on the basis of this, plus Chinese medicine Jin Shui Bao capsule and Shen Yan Shu films. Results In the observation group, the urinary white blood cells, the improvement of erythrocyte count and the total effective rate were significantly better than those of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Integrative treatment of IgA nephropathy without adverse reactions, can significantly reduce proteinuria, the exact effect.
