浙江省慈溪市总工会陈迪报道近日,浙江省慈溪龙山镇总工会刚刚结束了对25家基层工会为期2个多月的工会经费绩效审计工作。针对这次各基层工会出现的经费使用结构不合理、审批操作不规范等普遍性问题,给出了53条整改意见。另外,经审小组还计划在10月份前完成对10家问题比较突出的基层工会进行审计回访,一对一整改指导。为实现工会经费使用效益最大化,慈溪市总工会探索建立了基层工会经费绩效审计办法。通过调查分析、数据采集、试点摸索,形成了教育宣传、文体活动、困难帮扶、劳动
