结肠小袋纤毛虫是一种流行整个世界的人体寄生虫,它属于原虫之类。在我国许多省、市都有散在发生,我院于1980年9月29日收治一例报告如下:患者女性,75岁,农民,腹痛腹泻伴有发烧已两个月。入院前两个月吃猪肉后,出现左下腹阵发性疼痛,腹泻,伴有里急后重。开始为脓血样便,每日十余次。继而发烧,体温每月波动在38～39℃之间。经用各种抗菌素治疗,症状仍无好转,来我院就诊。既往无重要记述。家庭无类似病发生。查体:慢性消耗病容,皮肤弹性差。头五官正常,心肺无异常,
