现阶段,随着城市化进程的不断加快,人们的生活质量也得到了明显的改善。而建筑行业的快速发展,也使得房屋建筑项目逐渐增多,其质量问题也受到了各方面的关注。就建筑企业而言,保证工程质量是改善生活水平的重要前提条件,所以,改善房屋建筑整体施工质量对人民和国家的发展具有重要作用,并且还可以促进建筑企业迅猛前进。基于此,文章对房屋建筑在施工中经常出现的问题进行阐述,并分析其防范对策,确保建筑行业实现可持续发展战略。
