1病例介绍患者男,29岁。因反复腰痛10个月,伴大小便不尽感及鞍区感觉减退1月,于2016年9月入院。检查:腰、骶椎明显压痛,鞍区及肛周麻木感,皮肤痛触觉减弱,肛周反射减退,弯腰活动受限,腰骶椎棘突、棘旁、椎旁组织明显叩痛,双侧?背伸肌肌力Ⅲ级。腰椎CT检查示L5~S3水平椎管内脂肪密度片团影,面积约9.0 cm×3.4 cm,CT值约–105 HU,强化不明显,考虑脂肪瘤可能。腰椎MRI及增
