目的对临床护理路径在中西医结合治疗高血压患者健康教育中的效果进行分析研究,以供参考。方法本次研究对象,为我院2016年5月1日~2017年6月1日期间,接受中西医结合治疗的80例高血压患者,根据随机分组原则,对参与研究患者分组,对照组患者采取传统健康教育模式,研究组患者则采取临床护理路径健康教育法,对两组患者的健康知识掌握程度以及护理满意度进行对比研究。结果研究组患者的健康知识掌握程度以及护理满意度显优于对照组患者。差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在中西医结合治疗高血压患者的健康教育护理工作中,对患者采取临床护理路径进行干预,可有效的加强患者的健康知识掌握程度,并提高患者的护理满意度,具有较高的临床研究价值。
Objective To analyze the clinical nursing path in the health education of patients with hypertension treated by integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine for reference. Methods This study was conducted in our hospital from May 1, 2016 to June 1, 2017. Eighty hypertensive patients receiving Integrative Chinese and Western medicine treatment were randomly divided into groups according to the principle of randomization. Patients in the control group Taking the traditional health education mode, the study group took the clinical nursing pathway health education method, and compared the degree of health knowledge and nursing satisfaction between the two groups. Results The degree of mastery of health knowledge and nursing satisfaction of study group patients were significantly better than that of control group patients. The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Integrative Medicine in the treatment of hypertension in patients with health education and care work, the patient taking clinical nursing intervention pathways, which can effectively enhance the patient’s knowledge of health control and improve patient satisfaction with the care, with high clinical research value.
