目的 本文首次将MMPI附加量表在飞行员群体中应用,调查现役飞行员10个附加量表的结构效度。方法 采用宋维真编译的MMPI,启用566题,测查3个效度量表(L.F.K)和10个附加量表(Mas.Dy.Do.Re.Cn.A.R.Es.Pr.St)。结果 飞行员10个附加量表的T分例数符合正态分布。个性优良者大于个性偏离者。相关分析将量表划分为两类。测查结果与实际情况对比,符合率为84％。结论 MMPI附加量表在现役飞行员群体中有较好的结构效度,可用于对飞行员的心理测查。
Objective This article for the first time the MMPI additional scale application in the pilot group to investigate the structural validity of the 10 additional scales of active duty pilots. Methods Using MMPI compiled by Song Weizhen, 566 questions were enabled, three validity scales (L.F.K) and 10 additional scales (Mas.Dy.Do.Re.Cn.A.R.Es.Pr.St) were tested. Results The pilot T-scores of 10 additional scales fit the normal distribution. Personality is better than personality deviation. Correlation analysis divided the scales into two categories. Test results compared with the actual situation, the coincidence rate of 84%. Conclusion The MMPI additional scale has good structural validity in active pilots and can be used for psychological examination of pilots.
