随着我国各方面的发展,以人为本的理念已经贯穿于人们生活的各个领域,该理念在实践中广发地被应用。在学教教育中也是如此,随着新课标的改革,以人为本的理念在学校的管理教育中也尤为重要,其效果也相对明显。本文就对人本理念下的高中班主任管理工作开展思路进行分析,希望对当今高中班主任的管理工作有所帮助。
With the development of all aspects of our country, the concept of putting people first has been permeated in all fields of people’s life. This concept has been applied in the practice of GF. The same is true in academic education, with the reform of the new curriculum standards, people-oriented philosophy is also very important in the management and education of the school, the effect is relatively obvious. This article analyzes the train of thought for the management of senior high school teachers under the concept of humanism and hopes that it will be helpful to the management of current senior high school teachers.
