目的探讨超声乳化术对闭角型青光眼的治疗效果。方法回顾分析2008年7月至2010年6月在我院住院治疗的84例(94只眼)闭角型青光眼患者的临床资料,患者均有不同程度的晶状体混浊,行超声乳化联合人工晶体植入术,术后随访6个月至3年,平均(18.40±9.51)个月。结果患者术后视力明显提高,眼压降低,前房深度增加,与术前比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论超声乳化术治疗原发性闭角型青光眼安全有效、简便经济,值得推广应用。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of phacoemulsification on angle-closure glaucoma. Methods The clinical data of 84 patients (94 eyes) with angle closure glaucoma hospitalized from July 2008 to June 2010 in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. All patients had varying degrees of opacity of the lens. Phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation The patients were followed up for 6 months to 3 years, with an average of (18.40 ± 9.51) months. Results The postoperative visual acuity was significantly improved, the intraocular pressure was decreased and the depth of the anterior chamber was increased. The difference was statistically significant compared with that before operation (P <0.05). Conclusion Phacoemulsification is a safe and effective method for the treatment of primary angle-closure glaucoma. It is simple and economical and should be popularized and applied.
