[目的]探讨全蝎水浸液诱导宫颈癌细胞死亡的形式以及Bax在其中所起的作用。[方法]MTT法检测细胞死亡;全蝎水浸液和空白培养液作用于宫颈癌细胞,分别于0h、48h、72h时通过流式细胞仪检测宫颈癌细胞的凋亡情况;Western blot检测在全蝎水浸液诱导前后Bax蛋白的表达水平。[结果]全蝎水浸液诱导宫颈癌细胞死亡具有剂量依赖性;宫颈癌细胞的死亡形式主要为凋亡;Bax蛋白的表达水平在全蝎水浸液诱导的宫颈癌细胞中有显著升高。[结论]全蝎水浸液能通过诱导细胞凋亡杀伤宫颈癌细胞,此凋亡可能与Bax的表达上调有关。
[Objective] To investigate the form of apoptosis induced by Scorpio aqueous extract and the role of Bax in cervical cancer cells. [Methods] Cell death was detected by MTT assay. Apoptosis of cervical cancer cells was detected by flow cytometry at 0 h, 48 h and 72 h after treated with both Scorpio aqueous extract and blank medium. Scorpio in water before and after induction of Bax protein expression levels. [Results] Scorpio water immersion induced cervical cancer cell death in a dose-dependent manner; the death form of cervical cancer cells was mainly apoptosis; the expression of Bax protein was significantly increased in SCC-induced cervical cancer cells . [Conclusion] Scorpio aqueous extract can kill cervical cancer cells by inducing apoptosis, which may be related to the up-regulation of Bax expression.
