通过热拉伸试验获得ZK60镁合金的最佳力学性能参数,按照杯突实验的要求利用有限元分析软件DEFORM-3D对ZK60镁合金胀形过程进行了模拟,得到了ZK60镁合金在370℃时极限杯突值,分析了ZK60镁合金板材胀形过程中金属流动规律。结果表明,变形初期金属沿轴向流动,随着变形的加剧有部分金属同时沿径向和轴向流动。随着变形增加,等效应变区域发生转移,凸模所受载荷先增后减,为生产提供了依据。
