慢性四乙基铅中毒的诊断问题,国家尚未正式公布诊断标准,国内有的单位报导,全血胆碱脂酶活性值可作为慢性四乙基铅汽油中毒诊断之参考,为了探索全血胆碱脂酶活性值对慢性四乙基铅汽油中毒的诊断参考价值,我们对部分健康人和接触四乙基铅汽油作业工人,进行了全血胆碱脂酶活性值测定,现将测定结果整理如下: 一、测定对象 1. 某汽车和机械修理厂部分工人,行政人员和本站卫生人员,身体健康(无心、肝、肾、血液、神经系统疾病),无四乙基铅汽油接触史,年龄18～50岁,共122人,作为正常值测定对象。 2. 上述两个修理厂接触四乙基铅汽油作业工人作为接触者测定对象。
