并不是所有称为遗产的非物质文化都值得保护。在濒危优先的情况下,必须考虑文化遗产的历史文化价值和审美价值。要树立非物质文化遗产的文化尊严和社会影响,让传承人和非物质文化遗产本身得到国家的重视;减少工业化复制和机械化大规模生产对非特质文化遗产的冲击,减少城市化对乡村文化的冲击和破坏;最根本的还是要唤起全民族的民族文化自觉,从情感上投入,才能真正使非物质文化遗产得到切实的保护。
