现象:中小型民办幼儿园普遍存在小学化倾向2010年5月中旬至6月底,四川幼儿师范高等专科学校组织专题调研小组,分4次对全省各市(州)有代表性的公办和民办幼儿园进行调研,走访了17个市(州)的43所幼儿园。调研组核心成员秦莉发现,各地政府对中小型民办幼儿园的关注度及扶持力度非常低,这些幼儿园成了社会关注的盲区,无法得到政府的有效监管,教学质量也无法得到保证,普遍存在小学化倾向。
