GB1183-75规定位置误差是指“实际位置对其理想位置的变动量,理想位置由基准的理想形状的位置来确定,测量时,确定基准的理想形状的位置应符合最小条件”。 建立三基面体系的目的在于排除基准表面的形状误差和位置误差。使设计、工艺和检验有一个共同的唯一肯定的基准,以它为出发点,去确定理想形状位置和测量位移度误差。使它能保证重复测量的一致性。
