教师专业化是教育现代化的题中应有之义。20世纪60年代以来各国教师专业化的实践进程表明,教师专业化本质上是以提高教师队伍的专业水平为根本价值取向的。
Teacher professionalization is the proper meaning of education modernization. The professional progress of teachers in various countries since the 1960s shows that teacher specialization is essentially based on the enhancement of professional standards of teachers as the fundamental value orientation.
