目的:旨在探讨大学生生活方式对学生体质健康的影响,为进一步促进其体质健康水平提供依据和参考;方法:运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等研究方法以首都体育学院为例对体育院校在校大学生生活方式与体质健康之间的相互关系进行研究;结果:两类专业的大学生作息习惯对自身BMI值呈负相关但不显著(P>0.05);食用夜宵对非体育专业大学生体质的影响较大,食用夜宵对运动训练专业大学生的影响却仅限于立定跳远值和力量性项目;运动次数和运动时间对大学生的精神状态呈正相关;吸烟与喝酒都对学生的精神状态呈不显著的负相关;结论:对体育院校大学生体质健康有不良影响的生活方式以“不良的作息习惯、饮食不规律、不良嗜好”为主。运动训练专业与非体育专业大学生生活方式明显不同,非体育专业大学生不良嗜好人数相对较少,但是参加体育锻炼的人数和时间都相对较低,这也成为影响学生体质健康的原因之一。
Objective: To explore the impact of college students ’lifestyle on students’ physical health and to provide basis and references for further promoting their physical and mental health.Methods: Taking Capital Institute of Physical Education as an example, using the methods of literature, questionnaire and mathematical statistics The relationship between life style and physique and health of undergraduates in physical education institutes was studied. Results: There was a negative correlation between their work and rest habits and their own BMI (P> 0.05) The effect of eating supper on sports training majors is limited to standing long jump value and strength items; the number of exercise and exercise time are positively correlated with the mental status of college students; Both smoking and drinking exert great influence on students’ mental state There is no significant negative correlation; Conclusion: Physical education college students have adverse effects on physical health lifestyle “bad habits, eating disorders, bad habits ”. Sports training and non-sports majors have obviously different lifestyles. Non-sports majors have relatively fewer bad hobbies. However, the number and time of participating in physical training are relatively low, which has also become one of the reasons that affect students’ physical health.
