发展乡镇企业不仅是振兴我国农村经济的必由之路,而且已成为国民经济的一根重要支柱。江苏省特别是苏南地区乡镇企业的发展居全国之首,在我国经济建设中发挥了重大作用,并在生产经营活动中积累了丰富的经验。本文以苏锡常三地区的乡镇企业发展为主要素材,以这三个地区乡镇企业家的经验为核心,以乡镇企业的领导与管理为重点,从理论和实践的结合上探讨办好乡镇企业要靠五大因素。即一靠政策法律,二靠科学技术,三靠经济联合,四靠有效管理,五靠能人创业。
The development of township and village enterprises is not only the only way to rejuvenate our country’s rural economy, but also becomes an important pillar of the national economy. The development of township and village enterprises in Jiangsu Province, especially in southern Jiangsu, ranks first in the country and has played a significant role in the economic construction of our country and has accumulated rich experience in production and business activities. This article takes the development of township enterprises in Changzhou, Wuxi and Changzhou as the main material.
