目前,我国的川渝、环渤海及长三角地区已经形成了比较完善的区域性天然气管网,中南地区、珠三角地区也基本形成了区域管网主体框架。但由于地下储气库等调峰设施建设滞后,致使管道输送能力不能充分利用,而部分原油管道老化,管线运能不足及管道设施不能满足陆地上原油进口的要求。因此,未来几年,我国的油气管道仍然需要高速发展。
At present, China’s Sichuan, Chongqing, Bohai Rim and the Yangtze River Delta region has formed a relatively complete regional natural gas pipeline network. Central and southern regions, the Pearl River Delta region has basically formed the main framework for the regional pipeline network. However, due to the lagging construction of peak storage facilities such as underground gas storage, the pipeline transportation capacity can not be fully utilized. However, the aging of some crude oil pipelines, inadequate pipeline capacity and pipeline facilities can not meet the requirements of crude oil imports on land. Therefore, the next few years, China’s oil and gas pipelines still need rapid development.
